SUBMIT AN APPLICATION 📝


TREX Southeast accepts submissions from artists based in Alberta on an ongoing basis. Our team reviews each proposal and responds to applicants as soon as possible. Applications are kept on file for curatorial reference, but note that submitting an application does not guarantee inclusion in upcoming programming or exhibitions. Please email your application to siezuk@medicinehat.ca including the following components:

  • Artist Statement / Project Proposal
  • 10 images (completed work or works in progress)
  • Website or social media platforms
  • Contact information (name, address, phone number and email)

We recognize that barriers to access may exist for artists who are interested in applying. Artists are encouraged to contact us for assistance with overcoming barriers in submitting their application.

We will accept audio or video presentations that include all the information outlined in the submission requirements. These submissions will be accepted in the form of a link to a video that is maximum 10 minutes long, emailed to siezuk@medicinehat.ca.

Directly beside the Esplanade Arts & Heritage Centre on 1st Street in Medicine Hat and overlooking the South Saskatchewan River Valley, the Ewart Duggan House provides residents a quiet and conveniently located setting to pursue various types of work.
